Your work, taken down — at the source, not just the search result.

Share

Stolen content, leaked media, pirated copies and cloned pages, removed where they actually live. We escalate to the host, registrar and platform until the file is gone — then keep watching, because infringement comes back.

What you get

Removal, not just notification

Source removal

Notices to the host and registrar, not just the search engine, so the file itself comes down.

Marketplace & social

IP complaints through platform channels that resolve fastest.

Search delisting

In parallel, never instead — delisting hides the link, it doesn't remove the file.

Re-crawl monitoring

Repeat scanning, because removed content reappears under new domains within weeks.

Evidence pack

Timestamped captures and hosting records, usable if the matter escalates to counsel.

Named handler

One person owns your case and answers directly. No ticket queue.

Method

The escalation ladder

Windows are typical, not guaranteed.

Rights confirmation

We confirm you hold the rights. A notice filed without authority carries liability under §512(f), so this comes first.

Day 0

Discovery & evidence

Every live copy mapped — mirrors, aggregators, reposts, and the hosts and registrars behind them — captured with timestamps.

Day 0–1

Platform & marketplace complaints

Filed through each platform's rights-holder programme, which resolve fastest.

24–72 hrs

Host & registrar takedown

The layer that controls the file. Compliant hosts act fast; the rest get escalated upstream.

Days

Search delisting

In parallel, to protect you while removal proceeds.

2–7 days

Monitoring & re-takedown

We keep scanning and re-file, because it returns under new domains.

Ongoing
How engagements work

One-off, or ongoing protection

Targeted removal
A specific infringement problem, removed.
  • Scoped to a defined set of URLs or copies
  • Evidence capture and platform escalation
  • Host and registrar takedown
  • Written closeout with what was removed
Monitoring retainer
Continuous protection against reappearance.
  • Ongoing scanning across web, social and marketplaces
  • In-scope takedowns handled as they appear
  • Re-filing when content returns
  • Monthly reporting
  • A named analyst as your point of contact

Every engagement is scoped on a short call — we review the actual URLs first.

Questions

Before you start a case

Do I need to own the copyright?

Yes. A notice must be signed by the rights holder or someone authorised to act for them, under penalty of perjury. We confirm this at intake and act under written authority from you.

What if the site ignores the notice?

That's the normal case, and it's where the work starts. We escalate to the host, registrar, CDN and payment processor, each of which has its own leverage.

Will the content come back?

Often, under a new domain. Monitoring and re-filing are part of the engagement rather than an upsell.

Do you handle non-consensual intimate imagery?

Yes, treated as urgent. Contact us directly — no account needed. If the person depicted is under 18, the matter routes through law-enforcement and NCMEC channels rather than a standard takedown, and we'll help you get there.
